Property is good but they don’t accept mastercard on payment. Exchange of USD to local currency is limited. Nearby bank with ATM only works for local card. Make sure to have enough money from the airport before traveling.

Some staff were very friendly and helpful, others not so. The room was inadequately prepared - the safe needed repair and the air conditioning control was in Chinese and had a flat battery. During the visit the air conditioning began leaking water and this was not dealt with despite the cleaners seeing it when they cleaned. Eventually we had to change rooms.

Hotel is very old and has the scars to prove it. It will needs a makeover to bring it back to normalcy. Proximity and ease of transportation to and fro and around town is nice considering the mad traffic in Bonaberi.

stay well clear of this one

This is an awful Hotel even by Cameroonian standards. Nothing worked, several things in the room fell apart, like the tap in the bathroom and shelves fell of the wall (not kidding!). WiFi didn't work, dreadful breakfast and rude and dizzy-headed staff. Didn't accept the Hotels.com booking, had to spend 2 hours fighting with the Manager not to have to pay cash. There are better hotels in Douala, stay clear if this one.

Too Far from the airport

Pros: Nothing
Cons: They have to improve the transport to the hotel and be sure what time the client has to go to the airport from the begin in the check in.
Location: The Hotel is located in a commercial area you can find during the night some places to go out and they are safe.
From the beginning they didn't pick me up in the airport, I called them to the Phone was in the reservation in Expedia and the numbers was wrong I had to take a taxi and pay almost 18 USD and the route was traffic jump for almost one hour because the route is under construction. They didn't gave back what I paid for the taxi, the room was not excellent for the price I paid, Really was too far from the airport I don't recommend this hotel when you have to travel because you can lost your flight.

Was very pleasantly surprised by the quality and how clean this hotel was. The service was good and they have an elevator and a very good restaurant that offered a good selection of food.

Mal trato como huéspedes

Se molestaron por qué se reservo por HOTELES.com, pues vía el evento al que íbamos lo cobraban al doble y por esto nos dieron una habitación con varios problemas, incluso aún cuando reserva era de 2 personas, solo dejaron UNA toalla en habitación, sucio y descuidado el cuarto que nos asignaron
