The photos have nothing to do with reality. The hotel is old and neglected. The air conditioning is terrible and the bed worse.

We are very sorry that our hotel was not what you expected to be, but the photos are correct and our listed services are fully operative.We understand that you may have liked to cool the room more, but unfortunately our country law has put a limit for the minimum temperature of all cooling systems last Summer to face energetic crisis, so we had to respect the limit of 27C.We are also very sorry that you found our beds uncomfortable, but since most of our gusts compliments them and we check all of them every day I'm afraid this is not something we could change.We really hope that your stay in our hotel hasn't ruined your time in Italy and renewing our thanking for your feedback we remain with ourBest Regards

Beds we're comfortable, pillows were nice. Staff was friendly and they had great options for a continental breakfast.

Clean rooms, Harsh reception.
Posted 5 Jul 2021 on HotelsThe hotel is very clean and so were the rooms. The rooms themselves were very spacious and comfortable. There is a supermarket right next to the hotel which was convenient. The breakfast was disappointing and a very limited selection. Almost all the food was sweets/desserts, with the croissants and milk being the "healthy" option. There are no hot foods available for breakfast only biscuits/cookies and pancakes. Most of the staff were polite and the cleaning woman especially was very nice. However, the reception woman was very rude and dismissive (couldnt care less if you wanted to stay at the hotel or not). She had a very short temper and would sigh and huff at the most basic requests (asked for a pen). An issue occurred when I was having breakfast and I forgot my mask in the room (it is allowed to sit and eat without a mask but cannot walk around the hotel). I apologised and explained I will finish my food and then go back to my room to get it, she started shouting in Italian (this was after we had been speaking in English and she knows I cant speak Italian) and was making a scene in the breakfast room. All in all my encounter with her from the moment I checked in to this incident drastically dropped my opinion of the entire stay.
