"Spotless, very nice hotel"

"It was the worst hotel I never stayed in Brazil. The receptionist was totally unprofessional and didn't care too much about customers. There was nobody at the reception for check-in and we were waiting for more than 30 minutes. It turned out that he was having his dinner at the upstairs.
