The hotel is clean and practical. Designed to check in, sleep, have breakfast and check out. If thats what you are looking for, this might be a fit. It was our intent, but we still expected a bit more.
Showeres showed signs of minimum maintenance.
Located in an industrial area, too far to walk to the city center.

Concierge was super nice. Loved the mountain view from the room. The room was very accessible (walk in shower, bars in washroom, large doors) which was a pleasant surprise as we were travelling with someone in a wheelchair. Great breakfast. Wish we had stayed longer!

Excellent hotel with parking and clean comfortable rooms. Area is busy and a bit noisy but a good base with readily available taxis

The hotel is a bit away from Bolzano. We had a car so it was not an issue.
Rooms were awful, the walls had stains and smudges on them. We were disgusted by the bathroom that smelled like urine. The shower had mold and rust around the door.
If I were to come back to Bolzano, I’d never stay at that hotel again.
