The Hotel has no parking and doesn't provide a good option for the elderly or for people with a walking difficulty to get to it. Being positioned in the center (which was why we chose the place in the first place), in a ,very, restricted traffic area the hotel failed to offer some kind of help or transfer to the parking lot available in the area (the parking lot outside the restricted traffic zone). The result was an 82 year old lady ( my mom and I) dragging our luggage in the streets for about 800 meters. It may not seem a lot but I guess at a certain age you feel distance in a different way. Even if the stuff would have offered us someone to carry the luggage or the option of a taxi to and from the parking it would have been ok but as it was - I don't think I can whole heartedly recommend this hotel.

The pictures don’t reflect the room and one of the reasons why we booked this hotel was the parking. The parking is not at the property.
The bathroom was small and while the sheets were clean, the duvet would still pop out. The obviously don’t wash the duvet. Overall, not worth the price and definitely not somewhere I’d recommend. There are better places with the same price at better locations.

Dear customerThank you for expressing your personal opinion.We must clarify that we do not have a parking lot and we never said it, we suggest you a garage near the hotel and you could and should have used it with a small discount reserved for our Guests.All 42 rooms are different for some small particularity, it is impossible to publish all the photos of each room, we expect to give our guests a nice surprise, we are sorry that the assigned room did not meet your expectations like all previous customers.Of course..... we wash the duvet at each change of customer!!!

Location, location to the historic section of Bologna. Shops, restaurants are close. No parking but general parking close. Not easy to get to or get out. Rooms clean and nice mattresses.
