The hotel had construction going on. Very loud, dusty, and all day! They pit us in room next to construction. It was small and loud.
Had them put us in room size we paid for and away from construction. They did move us but still close to noise. Very dissappointed.

A pleasant, clean and quiet room for a first night in Italy after a long trip from the US. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I was very happy that I could have dinner delivered to my room.

Loved our stay at the hotel as a family of 3, would rate the hotel more than 3 stars. Breakfast was also great.

The staff were wonderful, so kind and eager to help. The room had everything we needed and if not then you just need to ask and they will bring it to you.
