"A very loud fire alarm went off at 4am and went on for quite a while. I was already running on the stairs when it stopped. Goodbye sleep. The following morning I was expecting some apologies but no. When I mentioned it, the guy at the reception very cheerfully said "Oh, that. Yes, there was no fire, it was just a coffee machine. But so we know that the alarm works!" Which is Mecklenburg-Vorpommern idea of sense of humour, maybe."

"Perfect for staying by the Inselsee for a couple of days. Beautiful location by the lake. Maybe better to come with a car, but 15 min walk there are occasional buses to train station also. Bike rental nearby. Service superb and friendly. Nice buffet breakfast. With such bargain price really worth to go for. "

"Sehr ruhig am See gelegenes Hotel. Ein wichtiger Grund für die Buchung für mich war die Möglichkeit, den Hund mitzunehmen. Auf dem Zimmer war dafür alles bereitgegstellt wie 2 Tröge, Handtuch und sogar eine kleine Tüte Leckerlis. Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Restaurant (Italienische Küche) ist auch sehr gut. Das Frühstück neben an im Kurhaus ist ausgezeichnet. Komme auf jeden Fall wieder ."
