"This is a special place, really lovely people take great care to cook delicious meals, keep gardens looking beautiful, and give recommendations on what to do and see. Loved the room too. Be warned you do have to walk uphill a while to get there, was tough for us as we hadn’t acclimated to the elevation. But we’ll worth it!"

"the property and home are beautiful. great views, cute patio around gorgeous plants, plenty of sitting space, hammock, bath tub, cookware, wine glasses, and hot water! located a small walk from river. friendly care-taker and owner very accommodating through messages (you must know spanish to communicate effectively.. which i only know very little spanish, so translater app came in handy). the only things that i can think of to make the property better would be wifi/internet access as well as...

"Someone obviously put a lot of care into building this place and in cultivating the gardens and grounds, it's really lovely. The concierge, Ricardo goes above and beyond to be helpful and accommodating, he's wonderful. Having said that, he's also a bit short staffed so things are a bit untidy-the gardens need attention, the lobby isn't always picked up but the beauty and tranquility of the location and the pleasant but simple rooms make it worthwhile.
