The beach and surrounding areas were beautiful. The property itself was disappointing overall, the facilities were very restrictive and closed pools and beach access at 5pm. Food was okay, nothing bad but nothing exciting either.

The good was of a very good standard generally. The pools are nice, access to the island is great. Could do with some signage up to inform why access to the beach across the front of the resort is not accessible.

Food was no good. Seems it was prepared early for multiple seatings.
Wifi was horribly unacceptable

Lamentamos que su experiencia no haya sido satisfactoria en cuanto a la alimentación, nuestros restaurantes cuentan con la variedad en carnes y mariscos; sin embargo nos esforzaremos para mejorar continuamente el sabor de nuestros alimentos. Con relación al internet hay ciertos puntos en el hotel los cuales no cuentan con la suficiente cobertura; Sin embargo, estamos trabajando en sectores donde los huéspedes pueden trabajar sin problemas.
Esperamos tener el gusto de volver a atenderlo en una próxima visita y pueda notar las mejoras que se han realizado en nuestros servicios. Recuerde que Decameron ofrece otros destinos turísticos favoritos para nuestros viajeros para seguir haciendo de sus vacaciones la mejor experiencia.
