I was booked this hotel by Hotels.com but when arrived it was closed. So I needed to find another hotel. And now I can't receive refund as compensation with Hotels.com is complicate. They promise that it takes 2-3 working days, but after two months still nothing.

A surprising stay
Posted 17 Dec 2018 on HotelsAlthough difficult to find using the accompaning map as a guide it was very close to the main motorway by a service station and next to Lace restaurant. It was much nicer inside than it looked from the outside. Receptionist was very helpful and although she didn't speak English, used a translation app on her computer to allow us to book in with our pet. She even he,ped me take stuff from the car to my room. Breakfast was basic but filling

Maar een handoek voor 5 overnachtingen.
De eerste dag geen ontbijt gehad.
In de beschrijving staat dat er een koelkast-magnetron en koffie en thee faciliteiten zijn. Die zijn er niet.
De kamer was schoon en had een goed bed

Goed, maar het kan beter

Wel ontzettend jammer dat ze geen woord Engels of Duits spreken. De vertaalapp is dan je beste vriend.
Ook in het naast gelegen blokhut restaurant, waar je het ontbijt krijgt geserveerd, spreken ze geen woord Engels of Duits. Het zou voor hun een plus punt zijn als ze de menukaart even in 2 of 3 talen vertalen.
👉 TIP: Kleine moeite en het verhoogd de omzet.
Met handen, voeten en de vertaalapp kom je er tot slot wel uit wat je wilt bestellen 🤔 ons is dat gelukt.
