Our experience at this hotel fell significantly short of expectations, especially for a property with a four-star rating. To start, the shuttle service arrived 40 minutes late, which set a poor tone for the visit. Upon check-in, we found the bed in our room was broken. After notifying the staff, we were moved to a different room, where we then discovered that the shower was not working. This sequence of issues suggested a lack of attention to room maintenance. Additionally, the advertised breakfast was limited and sparse, offering only a few items such as cereal, pancakes, and some dry bread. It did not meet the standard one would expect for a full breakfast inclusion. Lastly, we did notice what appeared to be a cockroach in the dining area, which raised concerns about cleanliness. Overall, our stay was disappointing, and the experience was not reflective of the four-star rating. Prospective guests might wish to consider these aspects when making their travel plans.

Excellent pick up / drop off from airport.Very friendly staff.pleasant room Breakfast average-staff need to replenish food/ drink offered without constant having to ask (most items were empty! Internet limited.

Even though I was upgraded the room condition was not good there was unflushed urine in the toilet.. its noisy and smells of food.. breakfast was poor and i experienced in two days water, power outages and elevator malfunction

The staffs are very nice, cooperative. The hotel needs renovation. I loved the hot shower.
