Dear Annie, thank you for staying in one of our apartments and for finding time to write this review and share your experience. We are glad you found the location and bed satisfying. When you made a reservation it directly entered in our system in the apartment that you have booked, which in this case was a Standard apartment, 1 bedroom. When you go under more details you can see that balcony or patio is nowhere to be mentioned. Regarding cleaning the apartment it is not stated that we clean the apartment while guests are inside as most of the people don't feel comfortable if somebody of the staff enters their apartment. We do offer such service or we provide guest with the cleaning supplies if they request so themselves. We weren't informed of the blackout in the apartment at the moment. Few days later we got an information that the local electric company had some problems, it wasn't something that we could affect. We appreciate your feedback and comments. We wish you all the best!
