"Our room was infested with ants, we had to change rooms 3 times because of that. My friend forgot her heels in one of the rooms and we were allowed to go look for them once they finished cleaning the rooms but they weren’t there anymore. The staff refused to help us with anything except for the bellhop, he was the only kind person at that hotel. Would never go back again. "

"Beautiful property inside and out. The views of the sea were better than expected. Room was comfortable if a little noisy being on the end near the bar/restaurant. As was the case with almost every place we stayed during our 3-week European holiday, there are no room-darkening blinds so recommend an eye mask if you're sensitive to early morning light. Breakfast was good and enjoyed from the back patio with those gorgeous views. We had a car and the property has a lot just a 5-10 minute walk up...

"Seems like a very new hotel, everything felt new including the towels. Staff was very good and helpful. Nice pool area. Ca 10 min walk down to the Riva and only 40 meter from a lovely restaurant. Would definitely stay there again if visiting Bol again."
