Not as described….no spa, no pool, no free transport….no free breakfast….no elevator.. very disappointing.

Great place to stay for the night
Posted 21 Mar 2020 on HotelsStaff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely. Only aspect they could have improved on is to put their guests into rooms that are not undergoing repairs, otherwise everything else was perfect.

Sadly Disappointed
Posted 22 Mar 2019 on HotelsWhen we arrived at the hotel every thing was good, the reseptionest was friendly and helpful. The room we were given was clean and looked good, yet there was no soap in one of the bathrooms, there were no bath towls only hair towls and only one coffee cup. The next morning we could not sleep as there is a skylight in the room reflekting the light of the sun into the room so bright it could just as well have been a spotlight in the room which you can not turn off. The air-conditioner in the room was also dripping water on a plug right below it. The bed was two twin beds pushed together with the rims pressing into us the whole night, there should have been a mattress pillow across both beds.
Breakfast was extremely disappointing, the tables and dishes were dirty, the "cook" didn't know the difference between an easy over and hard egg. There wasnt anything for a vegetarian to eat, only fruit salad and yogurt. No rooibos tea and the cups in the dining area were dirty... Definitely not a four star stay and absolutely not worth R950 for one nights stay.

Very comfortable accommodation. Friendly and helpful staff. Helped me print something and also lent me a plug converter, which was super helpful.
