Got chastised by I assume the manager for "not following the rules" when I drove my 10' truck under their 15' portico because there was a sign saying "8' max height". No garage, no building overhangs, not even any trees. Literally the only thing on the property at 8' was the sign (did not hit the sign). Found it completely asinine and insulting. Not staying at Sleep Inn again.

The manager will literally try entering your room while you are asleep and I’m not talking quietly opening the door he violently trying to break in thankfully I had the chain lock on or who knows what he would have done, I know he almost got shot as I know that part of Nampa is full of crack heads and when you catch him he runs away and when you call the front desk all he can say is sorry I was just checking on you, why do I need to be checked on? What the hell is it to you

Thank you for sharing your concerns. We take all guest feedback seriously and want to clarify that there seems to have been a mix-up with the property you reviewed. Our hotel manager is female, and the only male staff member is part of our maintenance team. We have strict policies regarding guest privacy and security, and we are deeply sorry to hear about your experience at whichever hotel you were at. We also do not have the chain locks on the inside of the rooms here. This situation does not align with our standards and would not have happened at this particular Sleep Inn. Please feel free to reach out directly to the property you stayed at so they can address this more personally.

The property was not accomodating to switching beds or checking in early or checking in late. They requested a fee for each, yet the place was not busy. The staff were not welcoming as well.

The staff was Amazing friendly & helpful! I like the location & the price! & I LOVE THOSE HOT FRESH BAKED COOKIES YOU HAVE WAITING FOR US WHEN WE COME IN OR OUT! YUMMY 😋 I'll be back real soon! Thanks Again for a great Experience!
