My stay was very very very very very bad! Service was terrible. I don’t recommend this place for anyone. Rude/mean staffs

The staff was very very disrespectful and the guy threw a fit on the night shift it’s on camera on December 22nd he was rude, uncooperative, refused to help us. After he threw a fit and stormed out he came back and was rude to the other people in the building and then decided he would calm down and finally help us. Not only was that the issue but the hotel room was gross, the bathtub was disgusting. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at and I wouldn’t never choose this place again it all started with the first day I showed up and how disrespectful he was.

Staff and management does not follow ADA laws. My disabled husband and I were evicted due to having a service animal. Dog is perfectly trained, no issues there, they wanted to charge us for having him after they assigned us a room. Upon declining to pay a pet fee, they called the police and lied and said we were not being compliant and causing a disturbance. I would NEVER recommend staying here. We are taking legal action against them for breaking these laws

Required to show ID for every person in our group, not just me for checking in. Staff allowed guest to make a lot of noise during the night.

Manager is awful, didn’t return calls before the stay, showers are worse than a dorm room, cheap price and you get what you pay for

Room and stair carpet in need of repairs and replacement. Rate in Expedia showed $68 then charged $100 fees. The lady at the desk was uninterested in helping then couldn't get us checked in. My card was charged three times but hopefully it was corrected. The room was worth about $50. Breakfast was surprisingly good with potatoes, eggs, sausage, and many other items. Although the freeway sign was visible, the entry was not marked. The hotel was behind several buildings. There is no elevator. Not a problem for us but that should have been stated. This room was not even worth $108. I would not stay there again.

Several late night fighting arguments. Staff lost reservation. No ada elevator and placed on second floor. I will not stay again. Other customers complained and front desk about noise problems in middle of night. Last time for Expedia also. Their customer service would not help address the concerns.
