I like how close it was to the airport and the staff was excellent although our room, pillows and bed sheets smelled like a wet towel that has been sitting for a while. The vent fan in the bathroom did not work and the shower curtain rod was hanging out of the wall. I also was ironing a white button up shirt and the ironing board and or the iron was dirty and made my shirt black in some spots.

Expedia rating too high. Dirty carpet, broken glass on closet doors, dirty upholstery in dining area and room, bed very worn out, linoleum in breakfast kitchen doorway torn up and filthy. Very unkept. Paint chopped everywhere. Carpet dirty everywhere. Light bulbs burned out.

When asked about the Hot tib and spa the front desk attendant was rude. When asked abput the laundry was tpld to go up the street they dodnt have a guest laundry anymore

We spoke to the lady that checked us in about the shuttle to the airport, then she did not actually schedule it so we had to make other arrangements. We also witnessed a firefighter who had been up all night and made arrangements for a room for a 6am check in get turned away. We stay here every time we fly out and we will not be staying here any longer.
