I love staying at this hotel. Hacienda Santa Barbara, an upscale mall is joined to the hotel. You have clothing stores, supermarket, drug store and a wonderful organic market/restaurant. When you exit the mall, there is a pedestrian area with a wonderful outdoor market whit art crafts and beautiful stores and restaurants. The pedestrian street leads to the Usaquén Square with fantastic restaurants around it.The rooms are spacious and kept very clean. The service at the hotel is superb. Pedro and Ana at the bar/restaurant are the most important reason why I stay at the hotel. Their personalized service is like no other! They are just incredible. The breakfast is also very good. There is a buffet with all kinds of breads, a large variety of tropical fruits and juices, cereal, waffles, etc. You can also order eggs any style from the kitchen. The hotel is located in a residential area with a beautiful park in front of it. Great views from the rooms. I stay at this hotel at least 4 times a year. Thank you for providing a perfect stay each time.
