I stayed there for a week. Great staff, the guys at the breakfast buffet, very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. What was missing was a coffee pot for at least warm water. There is a tiny fridge in the room. The TV sucked big time. The cable wasnt working. Walking distance of a minimarket and supermarket, pharmacy, baker and so on. Safe neighborhood. Will stay there maybe in the future but not with kids. Or atleast not for a week. The pizza place at the hotel was ok I guess

The accommodation, room size, and available amenities are very reasonable for the price. The location is excellent—safe for walking, with many transportation options and a variety of restaurants nearby to suit different budgets. The receptionist, Dala, was an exceptional person. She was attentive to our needs, kind, and consistently cordial throughout our 17-night stay with my wife. While the breakfast may become repetitive over an extended stay, we appreciated the inclusion of soup and fruit. Overall, the food was enjoyable, and the young man who served breakfast was shy but very polite. Mr. Jose, who manages the shuttle service, was professional and punctual for airport transfers. The Italian restaurant located within the hotel offers excellent food. The waiter provides very friendly service, and the prices are reasonable, making it a convenient and satisfying dining option. The only downside was Mr. Geovanny, the head chef. On one occasion, he prepared a special breakfast for certain guests and, quite rudely and with a bad attitude, refused to allow us to try the menu for that day. Additionally, light sleepers may notice some noise when other guests enter their rooms. Overall, I can recommend the hotel for its location, cost, and quality of service, with the hope that Mr. Geovanny improves his attitude and treats all guests courteously and inclusively in the future.

This hotel is very economical the staff was great and within walking distance to a nice mall. Little over half a mile. But didn’t have coffee maker in my room. So i had to make arrangements. Continental breakfast and coffee in the morning in the restaurant and as I said the room rate for my stay thru orbitz was unbeatable
