I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel two years ago and had a wonderful experience, which is why I chose to return this time. Unfortunately, during this recent stay, I encountered several issues, not due to the hotel, but because of Expedia's poor customer service. To my surprise, it was the hotel staff who stepped in and provided exceptional assistance.The staff here clearly take great pride in their work and consistently go the extra mile to ensure guests have a positive experience.Thank you for your outstanding service.
