The staff here is absolutely awesome! The rooms are super clean and spacious, and the location? Perfect. I’ve stayed here multiple times and honestly wouldn’t even think about staying anywhere else when I’m in Bogota!

En minprimer dia no habia agua caliente en la habitacion, me toco bañarme con ahua fria, aunque me xambiaron de habitacion en esta tenian ducha electrica, lo cual me parece de bajo nivel. Well to start off the staff was very nice and breakfast buffet was ok. The bed was comfortable and everything about the room was great except for one thing. The door would not lock. I went to the front desk multiple times to straightened out this issue and the kept saying they will fix it. The guy gave me a physical key 🔑 also and that didn't lock the door either. They wouldn't give me a different room and the hotel was not full. I couldn't sleep well due to worrying about someone coming in and when I went out I had to take all my money, credit cards, and passport with me all the time which is not a good position to be stuck in. I couldn't believe that we couldn't get this resolved. Also, you will spend a lot of time waiting to get into the hotel when you come back from your activities waiting for the guy to open the front door to the hotel. One time there was 9 people all waiting to go to their hotel rooms. So the place is not bad it just needs the staff to run the place better. Good location though I must say.
