Staff took forever in checking for necessities, over charged and on top of that tried to charge for the same items even though it was paid for

Our room was with jacuzzi and it was clean and with lots of little cool things, like a tv wall that rotates. The restaurant has good variety of dishes, staff was always helpful

I loved the service of the staff up front at the desk--10 points. The housekeeping staff is brilliant. The breakfast staff is also amazing. I highly recommend this stay as one of the nicest. Great value too.

Great staff, good breakfast, excellent rooms. I fully recommend it and will reserve again in this hotel whenever I’m in Bogotá.

They charge for everything, they don’t work with the customer, restaurant staff is wonderful but not at the counter, transportation crew is wonderful.
