Excellent service, friendly employees, beautiful installations, lots of options for shopping and dining nearby. We stayed in one of the apartments, plenty of space (a bit outdated) but well maintained, good breakfast. Will definitely stay there again.

Called room service 5 times, no answer, called front desk 4 times no answer. If there was an urgent issue or medical emergency, you would be screwed here. I had to go to the first floor to order a meal: manager needs training, he didn’t understand the issue and said it’s normal at 10 pm to have nobody answer. Good luck!

This property is amazing. We have stayed here twice with my family. First time we had a large apartment, second time 3 apartments. Breakfast was included and it was awesome. The variety of foods, juices, cheeses, breads, etc was incredible. The staff is top notch, professional and very customer oriented. This property also had the best sushi I had in Colombia. It was a huge boat with I believe 65-70 pieces of outstanding varieties of sushi! What a delight! Overall, very impressed with property, location - close to Unicentro and great restaurants and shopping. We will be back! Thank you!
