Location is good. Property is not in good condition. Staff is friendly and service good. Breakfast was ok. Overall quite disappointing.

No Good

It's a house divided with rooms with old dated furniture and beds are uncomfortable. It's a old house, old bathroom; they really need to updated everything. Breakfast is bad no coffee no fruits very poor, no block out curtains. The noise from the street is terrible start it at 5am. For me it's not 3-star hotel I don't know from where they get it. Very bad choice for us. Positive: The "front desk" lady is very attentive and do her best to the guest and the cleanliness was not bad.

Me parece terrible que la niña de recepcion no se tomo la molestia de verificar bien la reserva, y como lo hizo de afan dijo q no tenía, que estaba cancelada y me saco del hotel, sin tomarse de la molestia de leer bien, sin embargo sali del hotel busque el codigo de reserva y volvi a insistir

Muy buenas noches lamentamos su inconformidad con el servicio mas el incidente se debió a la mala comunicación de la persona que reservo y el huésped que se presento recuerde por favor que la señora Tobito presento una reserva por Booking que estaba cancelada el huésped la cancelo el 29 de noviembre de 2023 su reserva se realizo por Hoteles.com con nombre totalmente diferente, aclarando que en ningún momento se la saco del hotel se le pregunto si tardaría su diligencia ya que la señora se mostro molesta considerando que el respeto debe ser mutuo falto comunicación entre la persona que reservo y la persona que se presento

Recibí lo que esperaba
