Very relaxing stay. The hotel is surrounded by nature which makes it ideal for a weekend escape from Jakarta! All the staff are fantastic. I will definitely go back!!

Old smelly hotel, like a haunted hotel.

disappointing
Posted 3 Mar 2020 on HotelsThis hotel is old and dated. Roofs everywhere were leaking, the rooms were old, mouldy and in desperate need of repair. The breakfast buffet was very ordinary and unhygienic. Price was also very expensive for what was offered.

Nice setting but hotel is looking a bit tired,
Food service is not as good as on previous stays at hotel

Not worth and value for money

Rooms was in terrible condition.. Buffet Breakfast was also not at par with Novotel standards
