Nice, clean room. Night mgr called to make sure of our arrival and greeted me by name upon our arrival.
We would like in-room coffee, but we know Motel 6 doesn't do that.

Very friendly staff, clean room, comfy bed. It's off US Route 87/Texas Highway 46, but despite being in a room second closest to the street I barely heard the traffic. Pool looked refreshing with nice seating area next to it.

Clean and in a safe area. Walgreens across the street and a seafood restaurant next door. Also a Wendy’s within walking distance.

I was very happy with the staff, however I immediately had an uneasy feeling with the property. There were people loitering around the parking lot. I got to my room and locked myself in. I was towing a trailer with my vehicle. I had to park my rig in the back lot with light only on one side. Although it was locked with padlocks, someone managed to break into my trailer during the night. They attempted to break into to the side door but from what I can determine, they were thwarted by the other built in locks on the door and left the broken padlock on the hinge. They did manage to break into the main door that was only secured with one padlock, they then disposed of that lock. I still haven’t been able to determine what if anything they stole. Luckily my trailer had hard to move materials inside.

Thank you for choosing to stay with us and taking the time to review your stay. Firstly, if you had an unsay feeling why did you stay with us? The guests “loitering” have been staying with us for over two years without any incident, and you can rest assured your vehicle lock was not tampered with here as per the cctv. You called us well after you checked out and were on the road when you noticed your lock missing. This could have occurred anywhere prior to or after your stay here and to make assumptions that our guests perhaps because they were “loitering”were involved is preposterous. Again, thank you for staying with us and continued safe journey for you.

This hotel was as you might expect a Motel 6 to be. They let us bring our dog at no charge, which was very nice. The repairs that had been done over the years in the bathroom were each covered by another layer of knockdown wall texture. There had been so much knockdown that It probably added an inch to the wall thickness, and it looked like corn pops on the wall. We did have a quiet nights rest and they had a very nice pool on the property. There were many nice restaurants and shops within a mile of the hotel
