"Well upon check in, i was told i had to leave a $100 deposit, which i understand why, but was not told ahead of time....then wanted to pay cash, but could only do if exact change....fine.....upon entering room, needed cups to take a pill,...no cups anywhere,...went down to get water and no water....even to buy....fine... Wanted to watch tv....no remote....called downstairs, lady said she would check on it...never heard back...also wire was hanging out of tv....sooo....good location, but needs a few improvements... In my opinion....thanks "

"The gentleman at the front desk who checked us in was very friendly and the lady who works the breakfast area is very sweet, however we stayed for two night and there was almost never anyone at the front desk if you need help. The water in the shower never got hot and the tub was so slow to drain that you had 3 inches of water standing in it by the time your shower ended. The carpet and couches need a good scrub but I will say that the beds were clean. I did have to use the couch cushions in the window though as the black out shade was a good 6-8 inches too short and I was blinded by parking lot lights at night. Overall I think I will be finding some place else to stay and definitely a place that doesn’t charge for breakfast."

"We love staying here so much. It’s run like an Airbnb so you don’t really see the staff but they are very responsive to text and calls. It’s such a serene atmosphere and we love staying in historic boutique hotels. The river is so relaxing and beautiful! The Meyer is one of our special places! "

"The rooms were new, clean, and spacious. The staff was incredibly friendly and courteous. The hotel was located in an excellent area, close to many restaurants and shopping centers. I felt safe and comfortable there. I would definitely stay again!"

"The staff has no quarters for the washing machines and dryers. Told us to try the hotel next door. Really?!! The breakfast was trash. The staff need to go through training in hospitality. Eating the food the guests are served in front of us. I also did not receive my welcome bag. "
