After travelling as long as I did the last thing I needed was being kept awake to ll 0330 am as the noise from bar street was horrendous and the staff just didn’t want to know. The food was not very good and the bar only had Tourborg on tap and spirit wise Vodka, Gin and a very cheap Brandy. If this had been my first visit to Turgutries I would never go back again

Posted 21 May 2016 on Hotelsi would like a return of my payment because was charged for my payment then 3days later was asked for more money in total i paid 347pound for a hotel that needs closing down no food 1/breakfast boiled egg /salad 2/lunch chicken /salad 3/mince/salad ,many guests complained but nothing was done ,food was not swept off floor at all just trodden in nothing was collected from landing floors cake trodden in not swept up piles of glasses just left on floors where people tried to walk .recepionist could not count made mistake 3 times so in the end i did not know what my total payment was .very unsatisfied with it all .someone is going to go down with salominella as i have gone home with a upset stomache .so my advice is dont send or recommend this hotel on your web page

No wifi.
No lift to ask omelets for breakfast before 10 and the said kitchen close.
Coffee machine not a good coffee( its 4 stats hotel).
Old gym and old and dirty sauna and steam room , they don’t work properly.
No hot water in hamam you need to wait 10 min to ger hot water.
Barely you find somne who speaks English at the reception.
Plats in the restaurant broke with black spots.
1 swimming pool.
Noisy room.
The first night they gave me a room for disabled people, according to them the hotel was full and they didn’t receive my reservations on time.( was made by Expedia applications online).
They should give them 1 stars not for.

Nerden başlayacağımı bilmiyorum. Otel çok bakımsız, Hiç bir şey resimlerde görüldüğü gibi değil. Odalar kırık dökük. Halılar herhalde hiç temizlenmemiş. Banyo, duvarlar rutubet içinde. Havuz desen içler acısı. 4 günlük kalacağımız otelde iki

haftasonu tatili icin cok uygun
Posted 16 May 2012 on HotelsSadece iki gun haftasonu tatili icin gerek konumu gerekse hizmet kalitesi acisindan cok uygun bir hotel. Calisanlari gercekten sizinle yakindan ilgileniyorlar. Ancak uzun bir yaz tatili icin daya iyi alternifler var.
