When we arrived we were the only guess at the door, there was no porters to help with luggage and direct us to checking in, we had to ask for assistance after a long drive was not pleasant. The resort & rooms is very stylish but pillows were uncomfortable for such a highly rated resort, the beach was rocky water nice but no wharf or ramp to swim off.restaurants at Buffet food was excellent, lots of variety, beach restaurant had limited views of beach and some staff won’t nice one in particular Gökhan was unprofessional and rude on the other hand Kübra was very attentive helpful and professional kind and friendly thank you for making our dinner that extra special we wanted to try other restaurants at the resort when booking the concierge wasn’t helpful again so missed out

Nice property with private beach and a lot of in house activities to choose from. Staff are very supportive and kind. Highly recommend visiting.

Property and location are great. Food is better than what you would expect for buffet type eating and staff are excellent. Rooms are tired and need a major update and certainly not as per web site.

Herseyiyle iyi bi otel
Calisanlar guleryuzlu ve ilgili
Ozellikle beach bar da calisan Hasan bey, Azad bey, Isa bey her zaman ilgiliydiler.Bar sefi Ozan bey zaten mukemmel bi insan herseyle ilgileniyorlar. Heryerde olan Zilan hanimda cok ilgili.
Yemek benim icin en onemlisiydi ve cok guzeldi hersey. Tatli secenekleri insana kafa yedirtiyor :) 17 Agustosta ilk konaklamamizin ardindan 11 eylulde yine tercih ettik. Gece eglenceleri showlar cok iyi gunduz cok sakin ve rahat Beach genelde dolu oluyor sabah erkenden havlu atmakta fayda var. Biz junior suit ve standart large room da kaldik fakat suit odanin yatagi kucuk geldi bize standart large oda mukemmel. Olumsuz bi olay yasamadik seneye ins yine gelecegiz .

Property was fine , a 4 star I would say , never 5 . Food was good . Beach is nice but does have a weird smell . The only issue was the room . I paid for a large sea side and I got a ground floor pool view with some sea view between the multiple trees around the property .
