This was a nice property but our room was a little run down. For example, our sink faucet was faulty and the sink would not drain properly. The shower also had damaged parts that could have been fixed. Many parts of the room required repair. Additionally, I had to write a note for housekeeping to refill my body wash, as they did not do it on their own. Overall, it was a nice hotel/resort and the staff are very helpful. I would also like to add that the room service food and restaurant food in the property is amazing, but for the price the property needs to repair the rooms.

This was my third time staying here and it was just as consistent as my previous visits. All the staff is so welcoming as soon as I came in to check in they upgraded me to a beautiful sea room on the second floor. I believe I was room 2022! The beach area at the pool area was always kept up and highly maintained and everybody was so nice! The restaurant upstairs was delicious. The service was consistent, and the rooms were absolutely impeccably clean. I also booked a few massages at the spa and as expected, they were wonderful. I cannot wait to return next year because it was just so amazing. The Starbucks on the property and that little café was such a charming touch because if you didn’t want a full breakfast, you could just head there and have some coffee and pastries.
The food at the beach bar was so so so good we tried different things on the menu and one was just as good as the other. I never had to call front desk for any issues or anything. They were on top of everything at all times. Thank you for making my stay so wonderful and I can’t wait to see you guys again- Onur Kutlu July 17-20th

1stday there was no internet, later same day no elect and later same day No water !!!!
And of course they had every excuse for every problem !
