The staff is not really friendly, barelly no one speak english, it's seems like they don't want to work there. When you ask something at the reception it always take too much time. The housekeeping team, is not cleaning every day.....

The area is beautiful, but… Only 1 out of 3 air conditioners worked. Wifi didn’t work. Quality of food was low, it caused light stomach problems. Disappointed.

Staff were not attentive and seemed like a chore for them to do anything for you. None spoke English which was a challenge. The hotel pictures are nothing like the hotel, the room was not looked after, fridge didn't work, floor in room was filthy. Food was ok, pretty similar every day. Bed was comfortable and clean. Pool was ok a bit smaller than expected.

All good except no refrigerator in room no working blower no microwave stuff was ok
