This is my second time in this hotel and stayed 14 days.
It is a good deal for all inclusive.
Food is great. Friendly staff.

It is one of the best hotels I stayed in Bodrum for the money I paid. Great beach and pool services. Attentive staff. Old but clean room.
All inclusive and quality food. Little gem in Akyarlar. Will be back.

Everything was perfect until the staff at the reception blew it at the very last minute.
We stayed there for four days and truly enjoyed our vacation. However, at check out, we asked the reception to call us a taxi. 10 mins later somebody came over and gave us a piece of paper with a taxi station phone number, and asked us to call them ourselves. The number had no answer. I went back inside and ask the lady at the reception what else they can do to help us. Short of shrugging her shoulders, she said she can google other taxi stations but refused to make any calls herself.
At the end, I was able to reach one taxi station and literally had to beg the guy to send us a taxi. They said they don’t work with Bellazure. I never got to find out the reason for this refusal. In the end, it took us about 40 mins and reception staff did absolutely nothing to help us. Beautiful resort, excellent service otherwise, but that last minute experience with reception left a bad impression.

good hotel for this price
Posted 13 Sep 2015 on Hotelswe visited sentido for 6 nights. suite rooms are in old buildings and most of them are not hygenic. if you plan to stay you should prefer new hotel rooms. foods and beverages are OK for the price, could be better. pool and pool facilities are good. beach is fine according to small area it has, but the beach wcs are not clean enough. there is lack of staff and they cant reach all work for service and maintenance. sea is excellent, entertainment is fine.
overall performance is above the average for this price category hotels.
