every year i booked this hotel but this year i shocked about the prices !!!! its increased more than doubles !!! and their new policy about the booking ! if i want to reserve it should be included three meals ! i stays more then 4 times in this hotel and every times i reserve not less than 4-5 nights and i always booked with breakfast only . today i called abroad from kuwait 3 or 4 times and i didnt get full answers each staff said something different to me! about a reservation at the end they took my phone number and they said if there is any changes we will call you later!!! ok !! i think you will lose a couple guests ..and we will missed old Doora hotel... as i knows they sold the hotel and its hold with a new company so they changed the policies...

Dear Lulwa,Your opinions are very valuable to us.Our hotel takes its place in the service sector with the concept of Luxury Boutique, as a member of Selectum Hotels Group under the name Selectum Door'A.You can book our hotel for one of the bed and breakfast or all inclusive concepts. Only all inclusive reservations are accepted for our first month of this season; however, you can book a bed and breakfast right now.There are 5 restaurants in our hotel that work completely with the concept of A la Carte. In addition, there is a Selectouch assistant system organized to assist our guests.We understand that you stayed with bed and breakfast last year, but this year, when everything is included, the prices looked different as we see. We are very sorry for this. We want you to know that our prices have been kept very affordable this year as the management.Selectum's sales office is in the head office. We apologize for the communication problem you have experienced. Necessary departments will be warned about this.There will always be availability for you in our hotel. The personnel were poorly trained. They couldn't take the orders, I was brought stuff I did not order. One of the staff left the door of the club car open and while he was passing by me speeding, the door hit my elbow.

Wow! I was not expecting this. The rooms were impeccable. The service was amazing. The concierge Filiz Hanım is a true gem—she made our stay unforgettable. I cannot say enough about our experience. Everything was superb.

I would like to thank Aysa, Elif and the whole hotel stuff for their hospitality. There is nothing missing in this hotel. The breakfast was very nice. The rooms are very clean. The beach is beautiful. It is 10 min away from bodrum centre. But If you want to enjoy a quite holiday, this is the best place to choose. Aysa, Elif, Selin ve tüm otel çalışanlarına misafirperverlikleri için teşekkür ederim. Bu otelde eksik bir şey yok. Kahvaltı çok güzeldi. Odalar çok temiz. Plaj güzel. Bodrum merkeze 10 dakika uzaklıktadır. Ama sakin bir tatilin tadını çıkarmak istiyorsanız, burası seçebileceğiniz en iyi yer.

Great friendly staff Modern and super clean Beach area is beautiful Breakfast is delicious We stayed for 6 days and it was amazing experience, thank you for everyone who made it incredible and fun stay. I would like to thank all the staff for their service specially Ogun, Kamuran, Filiz, Berefin, Elif, Ahmet, and everyone else who were very supportive and welcoming. All the services provided were excellent. This hotel felt like modern and new five star hotel. If the staff remains the same, we will definately come back!
