Dear GuestWe are sorry and surprised by the comment you wrote.During the time we hosted you, we fulfilled all your requests to provide the best hospitality. In fact, when you were too drunk to remember how you broke the balcony window of the room and tried to argue with us, while we were expressing our happiness that you were not harmed in any way and wishing you a speedy recovery, we did not use any excuses in order not to offend you. It was not nice for you to later point out the damage you caused to the room and the room problem. Again, we thank you very much and, as Tangiers Hotel, we wish you health and happiness in your life.

Great location

Excellent location couldn't get better. The hotel still has a lot of refurbishment going on and a lot is unfinished. The staff are never around the receptionist always has to call them if you need something ie breakfast or a drink from the bar a coffee. I think it could be better staffed someone should always be at the coffee bar and the pool bar should have a member of staff while open. This hotel has a lot of potential and if they opened a restaurant and offered half board or all inclusive and finished the refurb it could be a great overall hotel
