"Classy property in a beautiful location. Our room was overlooking the ocean on the lobby level which is about the 5th floor. "This meant to be a 5 stars hotel but in fact its 3 stats. We arrived on a very hot evening after a 5 hours flight to find that our room has no aircon and the temperature outside was 38C and it was very humid. Staff were not welling to change the room and kept saying that they are fully booked. We have 6months old baby who was crying because of the heat un able to eat or sleep. "Loved the very spacious luxury suite and the service provided by the reception personnel. Location is nice but some of the areas you have to drive through to get there are a bit dodgy. Also , music was very loud during the day on the beach."
