The staff wasn’t attentive or helpful at all. The showers were full of mold and the toilet didn’t work. When we asked to switch rooms they said all the rooms are like that and they have nothing available. When we showed them the pics the manager claimed he would switch rooms in the morning. Morning came and when we went o the front desk they said he wasn’t they. He stepped out saw us and ran back into the office. Long story short they would compensate us with again and didn’t change our room or clean the mold and fix the toilet. The 4 days that we were there the room wasn’t even cleaned properly. Dirty glasses were left in the room and the bed wasn’t made. We didn’t even get fresh towels. They left them in the floor and didn’t leave clean ones.

This was our 2nd visit to LABRANDA TMT and they never fail to amaze us. Such a beautiful hotel and wonderful team around (restaurant staff, entertainment team etc). We will certainly be visiting again

The hotel is very dated but is in a good location. The staff around the hotel were mostly friendly, however the reception staff I found were unhelpful. I would also suggest the hotel look into its catering, the food was very average which is surprising for Turkey.

The food sucks, service slow and bad, rooms dirty, food again was bad, dirty all around, elevators are broken, no conditioner, no toilet paper, pillows are like rocks, blanket like napkin, ac not there, bring your own blow dryer, peach fuse tea tastes like sand, overpriced hookah, music is really good though shout-out to the dj.

Disappointing Experience for a Supposed 5-Star

Our stay at this hotel was quite underwhelming, especially considering it’s suppose to be a 5-star. The property is in disrepair and does not live up to expectations. We opted for the all-inclusive package, but even basic amenities like bottled water were hard to come by. To get water, you have a wait in line at a bar. Suggestion: If you’re traveling with family, avoid sitting by the bridge around the pool area as couples often engage in inappropriate behavior there. Additionally, the hotel’s photographers constantly try to take your pictures and then sell them to you, which was quite bothersome. The one redeeming aspect was the dinner. The food was decent, though they ran out of several items, so it’s best to dine early. The sea area offers a better experience for quality time, but the presence of boats near the second swimming pier often results in unpleasant gas odors. Overall: I would never come back to this hotel.
