Clean & simple hotel rooms that do the job. Thank goodness for AC in the rooms! The breakfast buffet is great and the staff are very accomodating - we were able to check in early after coming off an overnight bus ride which was just fabulous! The pool area is being renovated - so no pool but the beach is so close by. Perfect location by restaurants, etc too.

We stayed for only 2 nights and for what we paid I thought our stay good. Room was comfy and clean (although no view from window) bed was very comfy, aircon, hairdryer, fridge and tv all worked ok. Bathroom overall good shower worked well and there was always hot water. Location of hotel was excellent near to beach, shops, marina and castle area and we would rate the breakfast as excellent and staff friendly we would use the hotel again

Great stay!
We had a great time staying in Costa Viva Bodrum. Excellent location, restaurants, shops and supermarkets close by. The breakfast buffet in the morning was very nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We will be back :)

Staff are very helpful and suggestive. They protect the interest of stayers and make sure they have best overall experience. They are ready to help. The kitchen staff is also very helpful and kitchen area clean. Due to serving global stayers, a more variety of breakfast meal could be provided.

Location was perfect. Hotel needed some help. Rooms were fine. Halls looked dirty and unkept Front desk could have been a lot more welcoming and friendlier. Over all good value for money.

Good basic hotel near shops and restaurants
Great budget hotel right in the action down by the water, lots of restaurants, shops and you can walk to everything including both ports. Ask for more blankets because you just get a sheet. Staff was not overly friendly at all compared to the rest of Turkey. Breakfast was basic. Staff at breakfast was friendlier. Good hotel for an overnight if you are taking the ferry to Kos. They have updated the “small” rooms but still working on the halls. There are a lot of nightclubs around so this one is good if you want to enjoy the clubs but go back to a safe, quiet room minutes away from the action.

The staff is amazing, especially Tuğba at the reception, she is always smiling, very helpful even she helped in carrying my luggage and walked with us to the room to make sure all is ok. This hotel is super I highly recommend to all who likes boutique hotel in the center

Das Hotel ist echt schön und ziemlich zentral. Alles ist sehr fußläufig. Jedoch wird ein Stern abgezogen wegen der Sauberkeit. Die Toilette unten neben der Rezeption ist leider nicht sehr sauber gewesen und auch die Zimmertoiletteb hätten sauberer sein können. Ansonsten ist das Hotel echt schön und das Frühstück war auch sehr lecker
