THE HOTEL HASN'T CAR PARKING AREA

The car park issues is terrible. The hotel has car parking but just four cars gap!!! meanwhile hotel deal the car park but they want to cost a day/250 turkish liras. I think this topic so terrible for hotel guests

Horrible expérience. La chambre qu’on a eu sentait la moisissure, nous avons dormi difficilement. On a demandé au personnel de nous changer la chambre il n y a eu aucune réactivité par rapport à ça. L une des chambres qu’on a pris n avait pas de télécommande pour le télévision pendant les 4 nuits, tout ce qu’on a eu de leur part c’est un « sorry ». Pour ce qui est du petit déjeuner, pas du tout copieux, des céréales dures et du thé qui se termine vers 9h45 sachant que le petit déjeuner est censé finir vers 10h. Pour finir personnel pas du tout accueillant même pas un au revoir lors de notre départ. Je vous déconseille fortement cet hôtel qui ne mérite pas du tout la note attribué.

Outstanding service from the entire team! Special thanks to the manager, who took exceptional care of us. She suggested fantastic places to visit in Bodrum and promptly handled all our hotel requests. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety, even beyond the 10am cutoff. Extremely Disappointed: A Nightmare Stay I cannot express my disappointment enough after booking a six-night stay at this establishment i check out same day and booked another hotel despite I prepaid for the entire duration, expecting a comfortable and clean experience based on their advertised pictures—what a farce!The reality was a stark contrast; the hotel was filthy from the moment I arrived, and the pictures online must have been from a parallel universe. The staff were either clueless or intentionally unhelpful. Many conveniently "didn't speak English" when it came to addressing my concerns. It's laughable that they claimed to be new after four days—what kind of professionalism is that? When I requested to speak with the front desk manager, it was as if they were a phantom. Instead, I was palmed off to someone named Senan, who, despite claiming to be a manager, had no solutions or even basic empathy. The pinnacle of absurdity was when an animal urinated in the reception area, and it remained uncleaned during my entire ordeal. It speaks volumes about their priorities. Despite not spending a single night due to the appalling conditions, they had no qualms charging me for the entire stay and refused any refund. I wouldn't be surprised if they rented out my room to another guest while I was fighting for basic decency. In conclusion, avoid this place at all costs unless you enjoy flushing your money down the drain for a nightmarish experience.

For this reason, after reviewing your stay, we regret to state that your comment does not represent a real opinion.You checked into our hotel and hours after checking in to your room, you asked our reception for restaurant information and went out without reporting any problems. After returning from dinner, you stated that your friends were staying at a hotel and that you were going to stay with them, so you wanted to get a refund. We have informed you about the reservation rules and refund conditions you have made. When a friend of yours called our hotel and talked to us, claiming that you had booked the wrong hotel, we could not understand whether you were in the wrong hotel after staying in your room for 6-7 hours. The reason your friend called was that you did not speak English well. We have also informed your friend about our cancellation conditions. And your room was reserved at our hotel until the day of departure. Moreover, you checked out of our hotel after accepting all cancellation conditions. Our staff speaks English fluently, and this is the information we provide about our hotel. We make no claim that we can speak other languages.You chose to report the hotel because it did not comply with our cancellation policies. We are sorry about this. Every photo presented by our hotel on online channels is real.We thank you for taking the time to comment, and we would like to point out that we are giving this response to our future guests, not to you.
