The water in the path room doesn’t work! The bed is very bad they didn’t give us our room in the check in time I waited until 8 pm to take my room!! Bad experience ever

It’s a clean place but the beds are full of bed bugs so you wouldn’t be able to sleep at all and you have to pay extra for Wi-Fi at the reception but even I paid extra for Wi-Fi there’s no Wi-Fi working in the room. When I complain about bed bugs and Wi-Fi to the reception, they were rude m, unhelpful and didn’t take me serious at all. Very rude guys working at the reception! TV can be used for Turkish channel only as there’s no internet or satellite!

Rooms modern and well equipped plus a good breakfast. Lots of steps when I’d requested a ground floor room and for some reason they close and chain the gates that lead to the beach, early evening time. This leads to a detour up a steep hill and all those stairs. Beer and coke more expensive than anywhere else in Gumbet. Why?

I will start with the positive first, nice clean room and bathroom, excellent breakfast and wonderful pool with activities through the day. Reception staff are ok, they could be more helpful. Big negative- no wifi. You have to pay separately for internet, which is unheard of in today’s world. Also, the hamam was a disappointment, we paid a lot for a rushed unprofessional service. Avoid it

Very nice hotel and it was clean. Excellent location. Personnel were very friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Orhan and Ilkay.
