Overall a pleasant stay
Posted 18 Aug 2024 on HotelsService by restaurant, cleaning and bar staff was good. Had a great experience in the spa as well.
However Hotel is a little outdated and needs to be freshened up.
Also asked for a late checkout because of a flight change, but wasn’t offered any more time. Was disappointed with this.

Hotel is beautiful with a very chilled atmosphere. Nothing is a problem for the staff 😍 Daniella was so helpful with information and when my husband took ill, she offered support and assistance which thankfully we didn’t need. Kadir is just an excellent member of staff and was always there to serve us and answer queries. I’d like to also mention Emre who is just so cheery and chatty. To all the other staff, thank you so much for your excellent service and welcoming ways. 5 star hotel with 5 star service xxx
