The road for the hotel is not good otherwise everything is great

Will not recommend
Posted 1 Oct 2021 on HotelsTo start with, booking was not recognized and it was a lot of delay in confirming my 3 rooms. Also, I needed to remind them that all 3 rooms are with paid breakfast- which they confirmed.
No hot water even after series of request, it seems they have a fixed time when the start the water heating system. The bathroom drainage was choked all the water came outside - was terrible.
Overall very disappointing experience, and was feeling sorry for my family members who relied on me for this stay

I felt just like a good resort here in va beach. There was a marriage function and the hotel was decorated so nice. It was a good pick as I expected.

nice hotel, away from center of town

Pros: quiet and clean. far away from town.
Cons: keep crazy chef from popping up into room.
keep all male staff away from the garden when female guests are trying to enjoy it.
good stay, clean and efficient, quiet. Nice and far away from the maddening crowds. nothing but rice fields surrounding it, and song birds in the morning. very restful.
