"Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Enjoyed the convenience to the Metro, right as you step out of the hotel. Also lots of shopping and cafes/pizzerias in walking distance. Park across from hotel too. Hotel breakfast was wonderful!"

"We chose the Best Western Plus Hotel Universo as it is walking distance from the Rome train station. We were upgraded to a larger room with sofa bed. It suited us very well. The breakfast had a lot of options and staff was very attentive with coffee orders. We ate dinner one night at the restaurant which served some Roman classics and it was good. Overall, would stay again and recommend this hotel. "
