"The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean but dated. The beds were not very comfortable at all. There was music from the restaurant but it did not last too late. The deck was in the process of being rebuilt so was unusable. The only thing that would keep me from staying here again though was the bed. "

"It is a nice hotel with a good location that is reasonably priced. Staff was nice! Breakfast daily at the Buena Vista was very good. My recommendations would be improvement in the pillows. I travel weekly all over the world. These were the largest, hardest most uncomfortable pillows I have ever used. Would be an easy fix. A good night sleep is important. "

"The hotel sits right on the water in a neighborhood less than a 10 minute walk from the main water taxi stop. I liked it because it wasn’t touristy. I traveled with my 14 and 9 year old, and they loved the two hammocks by the dock. After a little hiccup at check in about a room that would accommodate us, we had a great experience with the staff.
