Room was average. Toilet would not flush between uses and took a long time. Room never got cooler no matter the setting.

What i must write about sonesta. Was a girl long dark hair named Lee? She went above and beyond for nothing else. Other than to, please me and the room was beautiful. Everything was perfect. I had a little episode with delivery. They gave me the wrong delivery. She king up to my room and gave me a big bottle of water. Because they failed to deliver it now. I was stuck with no water but she. Make sure.
I got taken care of and many other things besides that.That was just one

Are staying was comfortable however there is no restaurant currently while we were there. It was clean it was quiet.

Hotel okay rooms nice stayed two nights but no housekeeping the next day went down for complementary coffee was empty front desk clerk filled it but seemed liked it was a bother went back for a second cup and was told when it runs out that it for complementary coffee ? Had to go to front desk twice for towels but no problem getting only one small waste basket was overflowing with no housekeeping but now i am aware of all this would probably go back

Very nice hotel with heated pool and hot tub. Restaurants and shopping in the area very pricey.
