For our honeymoon we thought that "Hilton Boca Raton Suites" would be a great choice to stay. But… We arrived to our room which was old and clearly hadn't been cleaned properly. The constant construction on the 1st floor woke us up each day at 7 a.m. including weekends! But the worst was yet to come. One day at around 1:30 p.m., we received a letter, stating that there won’t be water from 11 p.m. till 5 a.m. due to a "scheduled maintenance" (if it's scheduled then it should have been mentioned to us at the time of booking) We finally reached the front desk, at 1:50 p.m., asking to check out and get a refund for the remaining days. They refused, claiming it was scheduled and they don't give refunds for that. However, we can wait till 3 p.m. for a manager, who might give us a refund, BUT that is only if we check out before 2 p.m. - 10 minutes notice to leave! Basically we need to check out without guarantee of a refund. At 3 p.m. the manager was still not to be found, showing up only much later at 3:30 p.m. With Expedia's help, we fought for a refund and managed to check out. The hotel's staff was rude and offered no help in finding alternative accommodations. Our vacation day was wasted dealing with endless calls and booking a new hotel. We might have gotten a refund for the days that we weren't there. BUT, this experience left bad memories. No apologies were given, and they didn't compensate us for the heartache we went through on our vacation. Won’t recommend this hotel!!!

Bed was comfortable. Room well past needing dull renovation. Could hear through wall, toilet didnt flush properly, shower head was low budget and low pressure. Glass door to balcony very thin and light, could be security issue on 2nd floor. Elevator button broken. Overall, not worth the rate.

Everything was good especially the made to order breakfast Also parking was easy accessible! Would definitely stay again!

We brought our dog and they gave us a room right next to the pool where we could easily access the grounds by the beautiful pond to take her out - Would highly recommend this property- beautiful

This has to have been one of the worst hotels I have stayed at. First issue was cleanliness. There was urine on the bathroom seat when I arrived and the room smelled moldy. No shower gel in the dispenser from day one. The shower did not have hot water and barely any water pressure. Cleaning staff came by at 9am my first morning as I was about to get in the shower. I requested they come back in an hour. They never returned. These where the main issues during my short stay but I will never be back
