Great location, outdated and needs better service
Posted 6 Feb 2020 on HotelsThe hotel is in an excellent location, close to the kids' park and a nice beach. Buses run by to take you downtown and towards Boca del Rio where the nice malls are, which is a bonus. I just wish the owners would really take a moment to update it, install better windows to block the outside noise as this hotel is on a main road. The resto downstairs is a nice healthy choice but expensive ... Please paint, change the old worn out towels and ask your staff to clean better ... I had to ask to have room properly cleaned. Also, there is no hot water unless you ask. The pool is small and in the parking garage .. not attractive at all.

Good location, noisy & poor quality hotel
Posted 31 Mar 2018 on EbookersNot impressed with my stay at this hotel, not quite sure how it got a 3 star rating in all honesty. The rooms are basic, but the facilities are poor. Socket location, none near the bed and only 1 socket in the whole room. The internet speed was awful, it took several minutes to load a website, watching a movie wasn't even possible. The food prices are expensive for a hotel of this poor quality and staff were not really interested. The worst aspect of my 2 day stay was the noise, its horrendous, it felt like. I could hear every footstep in the hotel, from banging to people shouting in the hallways, the doors offered no sound proofing to outside and the same goes for the windows. Woken up at 7am by music on the streets, it was shocking to say the least. The location is however decent.

Posted 20 Dec 2017 on HotelsPoor hotel amenities, no ice , no coffee bags because the vendor is behind, no extra towels and in a bad naughty condition. The swimming pool area and the parking lot are not like the description of the pictures.

Posted 29 Sep 2015Deplorable condition, 20 minute cab ride to Veracruz. Noise from wind blowing through windows was non stop. Expedia needs to take this hotel off their list

Todo nos gustó, el lobby, la habitación, la limpieza, el servicio del restaurante.
Una sugerencia: Calentar el gua de la alberca para la temporada de invierno, ya que para estas fechas, prácticamente estaba olvidada y es un buen espacio para los niños.
