"Beautiful vistas from my room looking over green manicured lawns to the eyes catching mountains of the Bellingen valley. "As a female solo traveler the Belfry was a great place to stay. I felt completely comfortable being there. It is also a great central location in which to explore Bellingen, without being slap bang in the middle of the main street. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. "

In addition I was also under the impression that other public rooms would be available to access. In fact there were non. "We loved staying at Zebra motel. We escaped a cyclone and stayed here with our cat and dog. It was so comfortable for all of us and absolutely lovely people running it, who can’t do enough for you. "We really appreciated the free upgrade to the spa suite with a gorgeous view of the harbour. It was within walking distance of the jetty and its activities as well as the coastal trail. The place was clean and quiet. Some of the fixtures were a bit worn but we understand that an upgrade is coming in 2025. We would definitely stay here again."
