Convenient due to being next door for the mall for shopping/food. Everything was great and as adverised.
Only 1 minor complaint was that the air conditioner could've been a bit colder. Not bad enough to cause any discomfort. Just would be nice due to Boa Vista being very hot.

Ibis boa vista very disappointing
Posted 14 Nov 2023 on HotelsVery disappointed with Ibis and hotels.com, my booking was for the 3rd my girlfriend arrived the night before it was a a problem with the night receptionist to book the room i ended up paying for the room twice and i haven't been refunded for the room, the air conditioning in the room broke down and the fridge also broke down in the room. When I travel to Boa Vista, I always stay at this Ibis unit.
This time there was a renovation on my floor and problems with the internet and TV.
