The food is terrible - over cooked and the same at the buffets every day - the specialty restaurants if you can get a table aren’t much better. No pool service and the evening entertainment was also poor. We had delayed flights and let them know that we would be arriving within the first 24 hours but when we got there they wouldn’t let us into our rooms until 3pm as that was the next days check in even though we had paid for the previous day on full. This is NOT a 5 star hotel - at best a 3 star

Resort is enormous. Best guess would be 1000 rooms. It was overwhelming because of the size for me. This is purely personal.
