We showed up to check in and waited almost an hour before we were given our room. Only one person was working the front desk. Then we get to our room and it was dirty, no toilet paper was there. We got our second room and the WiFi doesn’t even work. There is very limited plates for breakfast. And to top it off they have a list of tv channels that you can’t use. I do not recommend booking here. The only save it has that it’s close to the beach. But it was super inconvenient to book here

Quartos com infiltração e mofo, ar-condicionado antigo barulhento e sem manutenção, limpeza insatisfatoria, tinham garrafas vazias no frigobar, sabonete usado por antigos hospedes no box, torneira da pia com resto de pasta de dente. Corredores e portas sujas e sem pintura há séculos. Travesseiros com cheiro de umidade

The service delivered is not what was purchased. Our experience left a lot to be desired, more details below: 1. The double bed is an arrangement and not a real double bed. As a result, I woke up with a lot of lower back pain because the bed split in half during the night and I slept in an uncomfortable position, causing pain in my spine. 2. The curtain on the bedroom window is very worn and looks dirty. 3. The bedroom door does not close smoothly and always scratches when opening and closing. 4. It offers a minibar it works, but the drink options are very limited. 5. The hair dryer has not worked for years, as far as we were able to find out. So they offer a hairdryer for use for a maximum of 30 minutes that needs to be picked up at the hotel reception. 6. they offer car parking service for a daily fee, but we always need to call someone else to open its door to get in/out of the park. For late night arrives this puts us at a security risk situation as we need to wait outside for someone to open parking door. Next time I'll look for other options and we do not recommend this business.

Essa mania de deixar de forma pouco visível a taxa diária de estacionamento é decepcionante. Para vários dias as vezes compensa até outros lugares no mesmo nível, ou outro aplicativo, que você paga menos. fora isso é o básico que serve.

Ruim. Não vale a pena pelo café da manhã.
O check in feito de madrugada com aviso prévio foi extremamente demorado, apenas uma pessoa na recepção e uma fila de pelo menos 5 grupos para fazer check in o que indica que não é incomum o check in nesse horário. Devido a um problema na reserva da pessoa a minha frente fiquei pelo menos 1h30m para fazer o check in. O problema nao foi com o antendente que foi gentil, mas precisava de outra pessoa ali. Estacionamento muito apertado. O hotel é velho precisando de reformas. O Café da manhã foi muuito decepcionante, mesmo não estando cheio faltava reposição e as opções que já eram poucas ficaram ainda pior. O que tinha também não era atraentes.

O ponto alto do hotel é a localização, bem próximo a orla, e parte da praia onde o hotel está localizado é protegido por recifes, fazendo uma piscina natural e permitindo o banho no mar, a estrutura do hotel é um pouco antiga. No banheiro senti falta de algum suporte no box para colocar sabonete e outros produtos de higiene pessoal, mas tudo ok. O café da manhã é básico.

O hotel é simples, porém fica bem localizado, próximo a melhor praia de Recife, próximo ao aeroporto, próximo a mercado e também dá pra caminhar até o shopping Recife. A região apenas carece de opções variadas de alimentação. No banheiro estava faltando a porta do box, o que causava muita bagunça ao tomar banho e o wi-fi tinha o sinal fraco.

Boa estadia para quem só vai ao hotel para dormir.
Boa, funcionários atenciosos, café da manhã ok. Não sei se a cama eram duas de solteiro juntas ou a mola já não estava boa. Internet muito lenta, quase sem funcionar, e a televisão só funciona um canal, e quando funciona. Creio que seja uma reclamação geral, os outros quartos também se quiecharam disso.

A pior experiência possível! Fizemos check in 16h, ou seja, após o horário indicado e ao chegarmos no quarto não tinha toalha de piso e de rosto, muito menos de banho. Ao solicitar na recepção, informaram que estavam com problemas na lavandaria e iam ver se conseguiam. Como um hotel não tem toalha para seus hóspedes? Um completo absurdo! Além disso, o quarto não tinha telefone para comunicação com a recepção e a televisão nao funcionava direito. Café da manhã com poucas opções e nada apetitoso! Por fim, a acústica do hotel é pessima, dava-se para ouvir todo e qualquer barulho no corredor, quartos ao lado etc.

No site as fotos dá entender que as janelas são com vista para o mar, mas nem todas ficam com vista para o mar, o quarto que fiquei tem vista para os prédios e a cama de casal era molenga, nem sei como consegui dormir, minha coluna padeceu, mas a cama de solteiro era mais firme, precisam trocar os colchões mais antigos. Outro detalhe é que achei pouco contigente de funcionários, quando cheguei percebi logo que no quarto não tinha aquela colcha mais quentinha e no banheiro não havia toalhas, me troquei e antes de ir para a piscina pedi que mandassem para o quarto, chegando no quarto não tinha toalhas, desci novamente pra buscar, me deram as mantas e disseram que levariam as toalhas em seguida, subi, tomei banho e me sequei com uma canga, quando já estava cochilando aí chegaram com as toalhas, e por fim mas muito importante, no café da manhã só tinha uma funcionária limpando as mesas e retirando os pratos, repondo café na máquina, repondo queijo, frutas, tinha gente esperando pra poder preparar um pão na chapa porque o queijo tinha acabado e ela sozinha não conseguia dar conta de tudo, alguns bolos estavam sem identificação, e quando chegou o bolo de chocolate eu já havia terminado de comer e fiquei desanimada de voltar e colocar no prato e pegar mais café, enfim, a localização é ótima,mas esses percalços tiram um pouco da qualidade do hotel, melhorem esses detalhes principalmente as camas mais molengas que pretendo voltar em outra oportunidade, espero poder ajudar a quem ler.
